Our Mom was a beautiful, unassuming, and loving person. She was a devoted wife, mother, and an adoring Grandmother. Mom greatly enjoyed time with family and friends, she loved children and they loved her! She enjoyed reading, cross-word puzzles, playing piano, singing in the DCCC Chorus, and traveling the world with our Father. With faith in God, she led a Christian life, practicing those ideals every day. We’ve done so many fun things together which we’ll cherish always. While not perfect, she always had a good sense of humor. Mary loved life – the simple things. If you were happy, she was happy. Easy going, never judgmental, quick with a smile – this was our Mom. My brother and I truly received a gift from God when we were blessed with a great Dad and a great Mom who raised us in a home with love, support, and yes, a measured amount of discipline – because they LOVED us! Our Mom will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Thank you all for your love and support and thanks be to God for all the great, people in our lives. - Raymond, her loving son
